Make Ahead Ham & Cheese Cups (Low Carb, Keto)

HAM & EGG CUPS
⚡️ Keto Friendly, Make Ahead/Meal Prep, Kid Approved⚡️ ⚡️

Ingredients
Low Sodium Ham Slices (I like Boars Head)
Eggs
Heavy Whipping Cream
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Nonstick Spray or Butter

Spray nonstick spray/butter in a muffin tin. Place one slice of low sodium ham in each muffin spot. Pour lightly beaten eggs into each ham cup until about 3/4 full. Top with cheese and a little cream. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

This recipe is so easy & you can make a bunch at one time & freeze them! Just microwave for 30-45 seconds before school/work 👍🏼
