⌚️Intermittent Fasting (IF) is quite simple: go longer periods without eating, and have a smaller window to eat food. It’s a perfectly natural way to eat based on our ancestors eating habits!

The most common type of IF is 16/8, which means you fast for 16 hours and eat within an 8 hour frame. Some people find it beneficial to do an 18 or 24 hour fast, twice per week. Fasting every other day can also be beneficial
