I try to eat one meatless meal per day to keep my protein macros low so it’s normally a big salad!

Today’s salad was mixed greens, fresh sliced mozzarella cut into chunks, a whole avocado topped with Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning and a drizzle of Frank’s red hot sauce.

It was delicious!
