Lemon 🍋 Parm Cauliflower
Preheat oven to 425
Take one head of cauliflower and slice it up, break it apart into bite size florets on a cookie sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower and then season with pink Himalayan sea salt, fresh cracked pepper & garlic.
Bake for 15 minutes then flip with a spatula. Bake for 10 minutes more.
Sprinkle 1/4-1/2 Parmesan cheese onto cauliflower and bake for 5 more minutes.
After you remove the cauliflower from the oven, squeeze 1/2 a fresh lemon on top (or use 1/4 cup of lemon juice!) Top with 1 tbsp of lemon zest if you have it – I was hungry this day and skipped that part.
