What’s Your Cheat Day Personality?

Can we talk about Cheat Day personalities? You are more than likely one of these three! Comment and let me know which one you are!!

1- Stick to It Sally – she has a plan and she sticks to it! She doesn’t even want to go off plan, not tempted at all – just focused on her goal.

2- Its Ruined Rebecca – Rebecca has a plan too. Her favorite part of dieting is the planning. But, she can’t stick to it because she tried to change too much, too fast. At the first sign of going off the track (or too slow progress) Rebecca QUITS creating an endless loop of “trying” and failing.

  1. Holistic Heather (that’s me 🤪) Heather craves whatever she ‘can’t’ have so she doesn’t give herself any hard limits about never ban eating certain foods again! On a daily basis she tries to eat the way that makes her feel best but she knows that when she goes over her carb limit for a day that she gets to start over again tomorrow! And she also knows that the 2 lbs she gained is probably water because it’s almost physically impossible to eat 5500 calories (that would equal ONE pound of fat gain!) in one day!

    Yesterday I had big piece of baklava for lunch. Crispy blue corn chips and queso for snack. And a peanut butter (the good kind) with banana sandwich on GASP* real honey wheat bread.

    Because I felt like it! This low carb community can get downright dogmatic huh? In my opinion, it shouldn’t feel brave to post about going off plan for an afternoon. It doesn’t make me any kind of failure. It makes me human! 💓
