BACON KALE SALAD ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿ˜ if you had to choose would you pick KALE Or SPINACH? ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒ

You wanna know how to make vegetables taste amazing?! Throw some fat on them!! Haha! Never again will I eat bland, steamed low fat low cal GARBAGE vegetables – never!

The secret to making vegetables taste delicious = #addfat

For this simple lunch I cooked three slices of bacon in a skillet over medium, then removed to a plate to cool and chop.

Tossed about 4 giant handfuls of shredded kale into the pan because it shrinks a ton when you cook it. Seasoned with Himalayan pink salt, fresh ground pepper and garlic (I put those three things on/in everything!) I like to sautรฉ my kale until the edges are burnt and crispy, about ten minutes over medium. (My stove is gas so it gets really hot, really fast – it might take a little longer or more heat if you have an electric stove.)

Chopped up the bacon and placed it on top of the cooked kale & then sprinkled a tiny bit of Parmesan cheese on top.
