OOF 😅 I hate posting these ‘during’ pics because I’m not where I want to be but this is the good stuff y’all. This is the hard. This is showing up meal after meal, day after day and DIGGING THE EFF IN because what I see happen all the time?! What I hear all the time?

Is people who give up ON THEMSELVES too dang soon. #realtalk💯

If it was easy to change your lifestyle to a healthy one then a stroll through Walmart would look a lot different (no shade – just truth – MOST of our population are struggling with their health and wellness)
.
To change your life takes a GRIT that is rare these days and that’s the truth. So I’ve lost a few pounds (not enough) and a few inches (also not enough) but to QUIT because I am not where I want to be yet – that would be INSANITY 🤣🤣 I have literally never reached a goal via quitting!!

What I do in the middle is celebrate my Non Scale Victories!! A few of me lately are:

I’m sleeping better 💤
.
My shorts fit my waist better 🙌🏼
.
And my hormones are regulating so I am not craving sugar 24/7 ☺️
.
So here’s to us GRITTY GALS right in the middle of putting in the work and being patient on the journey to our goals! I see you girl and #wevegotthis FO SHO 🥂
