This SIMPLE SNACK is a craving buster!! For starters you get the creamy texture of the yogurt combined with the crunch of the nuts – it’s very satisfying! A few Lily’s milk chocolate chips add depth of flavor and sweetness & the protein in the yogurt helps you feel full. If you love yogurt and granola – this is a similar lower carb alternative!

Ps – Yogurt was one of those things that shocked me when I started to read labels. There. Is. So. Much. Sugar. In. Yogurt!! Even the – ESPECIALLY – the yogurt that is marketed to kids 🤬 which gets me started on a whole different rant!!

The bottom line is that you have to read labels. You MUST read your labels! When people ask me where to start I say give yourself a little extra time in the grocery store and start reading labels of the things you normally buy. Trust me, you are going to be very surprised at just how much added sugar is in everything!
