In the morning when you wake up stack ten bracelets on your left wrist! I like these @kendrascott bracelets – Function meet beauty 😍

As you eat and drink during the day move the bracelets over to the right wrist for every net carb, then back to the left.

That’s your 20 net carbs for the day 🥳

I lost 5 lbs in a week using this method so I know, for sure, it really works.

It’s easy – if you can count to 20 you can do it.

It takes no planning other than a grocery store trip to buy groceries – which you would do anyway.

AND, it doesn’t cause me to obsess over numbers. My personality is either 100% in or 100% out (balance is tough for me) so tracking calories, fat, carbs, protein, macros – it’s just hard for me to achieve a real life balance when I’m consumed with so many numbers.
