My Morning Routine

I’m getting back to the basics after what feels like a SOLID YEAR of being off track!

For me, that means keeping it simple with my nutrition. Choosing lazy low carb options the majority of the time, while still enjoying my life guilt-effing-free. Unleashed Ketones first thing in the AM to get me going & a cup of keto kreme coffee for breakfast (+ hair, skin, nails!) when I start to get hungry.

It also means taking a few minutes to get my mind right before I do anything else. I read a few pages of personal development, meditate, and then pen to paper write out gratitude and affirmations.

I’ve manifested some crazyyyyy stuff into my life and I believe 100% in the power of mindset. I could tell you some stories but know this – to get anything in life you just have to believe it’s possible. 💓
