You’d think it would be easy to copy and paste my instagram posts and post them here on my blog at the same time but sometimes I’m in a hurry and forget ahhhh

DAY 1 of 75 HARD – I’m really trying to document every part of this journey to help me stay motivated & hopefully it will be fun to share my progress when I’m done. 🙈 I know that this challenge, like anything in life – is a mental one and for the first time in a loooong time – I feel up for it 💓 The weather is perfect, and I’ll be done just in time for Christmas parties 🎄 The time will pass anyway, right? Might as well use it to get stronger in all areas 💪🏽💪🏽

I’m taking the whole thing one day at a time – it feels less overwhelming to me!

Breakfast – Banana cream protones + Mct 143

Lunch – Salmon and Kale salad topped with ranch dressing

Dinner – Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Outdoor Workout – walk

Indoor workout – Peloton Bike
