DAY 3 of 75 HARD – I’m using my IG as my accountability partner during this challenge and honestly it’s working extremely well to have the extra accountability!! Highly recommend creating a WELLNESS insta if you want to make a positive life change!! ☺️

Breakfast – Sad face (😆) boiled eggs with ETBTB and a string cheese + vanilla bean Keto Kreme coffee

Lunch – Chikfila grilled chicken Cobb salad – ****you have to specifically say grilled when you order or they will give you fried- just an FYI!!

Dinner – AIR FRYER pizza 🍕 (check my reels for the ‘recipe’ ) and fresh strawberries which weirdly tasted like CANDY 😍

BEFORE BED – banana shake – I’m obsessed, a pack of bbq quest chips and another string cheese!

Feeling: H U N G R Y but also really proud of myself that I drank my banana pro shake instead of wine and cupcakes with my friends. Willpower feeling strong 💪🏽

Workout 1 – 45 minute peloton ride with @alextoussaint25

Outdoor workout 2 – Neighborhood walk with my husband
