If you had asked me last month if I could do 2 workouts a day I would have said ‘I don’t think so, I can barely fit in one.’

If you asked me 6 months ago if I could stay sober for 75 days straight I would have said ‘I don’t think so, I don’t even want to stay sober for 24 hours’

If you would have asked me 4 years ago if I could cut carbs out of my diet I would have said ‘I don’t think so, I could never do that.’

If you would have asked me 7 years ago if it was possible to support my entire family on social media I would have said ‘I don’t think so, those things never work.’

If you would have asked me 13 years ago if I was capable of being a badass single mom to my daughter I would have said, ‘I don’t know, I’m really scared and I have no idea how to take care of us both.’

I look at self imposed boundaries as something that keeps us small, invisible fences, the farthest point we allow our fingertips to touch before shrinking back into our comfort zone. To reach past any of our current boundaries we have to work on the 6 inches between our ears and choose to decide and believe that we are capable of embracing new challenges.
