Keto Crepes

Keto Crepes
1 Crepe: 55 Calories, 3g Fats, 1g Carbs, 5g Protein
1/3 Cup Coconut Flour
4 Eggs
2 Tbsp of Swerve Confectioner
1/4 Cup of Butter(melted)
6oz Unsweetened Almond Milk

Combine all the ingredients into a medium sized bowl and whisk until smooth.
Then pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a greased frying pan and tilt the pan to spread the batter out thin in a circle.
Cover the pan and cook on medium for 1-2 minutes then flip and cover.
I like to put my chocolate or peanut butter on now while it’s in the pan to melt it a little.
Remove and get keto creative with toppings 😉
