90 Second Keto Mug Bread

holisti.fit.wellness Such an easy breakfast when you are missing BAGELS! This is 90 second keto mug bread that I sliced and topped with cream cheese and ETBT seasoning & it was so good! One ‘mug’ makes 4 mini ‘bagels’ 🤪 Bread recipe below👇

1 Egg
2 TBSP Melted Butter
3 TBSP Almond Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Mix ingredients in an ramekin or mug and microwave for 90 seconds. Toast up in a skillet with butter if you want it crispier. You can also slice this in half for a delicious breakfast sandwich ‘biscuit’ or slider roll and make a sandwich with whatever you got! This works for just about anything! @holisti.fit.wellness
