The Fit Mom Tribe began back in 2014 as a way for me to share recipes, tips, and workouts that helped me to lose the 60+ lbs I had gained during my second pregnancy. This time around was more challenging than ever before because
- my workouts had to happen at home and fit around nap time and school schedules (goodbye hour long gym classes!)
- meals had to be quick, family friendly and nutritionally balanced (sayonara obsessive and complicated diets!)
- with new priorities and responsibilities I needed something that worked but it had to be S-I-M-P-L-E (adios anything complicated!)
As people started to join me on my journey The Fit Mom Tribe became this positive, encouraging sisterhood of moms, stepmoms, fur-moms, and cool aunts who wanted to feel good in their skin.
We’ve evolved over the years but my mission has remained the same since day one:
