As always, please check with your Doctor before starting any new diet/ workout or supplement if you are pregnant or nursing. I have a friend who is pregnant right now whose midwife told her that ketones were completely safe to use and I have another whose Doctor told her not to use any supplements at all during her pregnancy. Doctor’s opinions vary widely on just about everything so please do your own research and consult with someone whose opinion you trust!
Coming from someone whose children are a little older, this period of pregnancy and nursing feels so long when you are in it, but over the course of a lifetime its just a few of years. Even if your Doctor recommends that you DON’T use any supplements you will be past this stage before you know it!! (It goes SO fast!)
