There are so many different ways to make a yummy salad but my favorites are taco salad & salmon on top of sautéed kale (which I’ve posted here!)

There are sooo many options for delicious wraps! You can use a dirty keto wrap like this one, a cheese folio, lettuce, or an egg thin for the outer ‘wrap’. My favorite inside combo is avocado, turkey and bacon. But I’ve also posted a ‘everything but the bagel zero carb breakfast wrap’ that is SO GOOD.

This is chicken breast, pastrami, cheese, mustard and mayo. With a pickle of course! It was delicious and filling.
