CTA stands for Call to Action and its a type of post where you come right out and ask for people to buy what you are selling. If you have ever heard of Gary Vaynerchuk’s book Jab, Jab, Jab, Right Hook – he explains that selling anything on the internet is a dance of giving away value for free (Jabs) and being very clear on what you are selling and what it will do for your audinece (Right Hooks). You have to do both!

In this guide we are going to focus on when to post a call to action, examples of good cta’s and not as good cta’s & then how to respond

Call to Actions are one of my favorite parts of the business because they combine storytelling and being creative with MAKING SALES and I love that little noise my Pulse app makes every time a new customer or promoter enrolls! If you find a post that works well for you save the text so that you can copy/paste it again next month with a new picture.

WHEN TO POST A CALL TO ACTION

As a TEAM we have a general rule to post a Call to Action post every single Sunday at 8pm. These are planned out – mark them in your planner! Each week your call to action will have a different GOAL but we follow this Monthly Calendar:

  • Week 1 – Reboot Kits
  • Week 2 – 10 Day Challenge
  • Week 3 – Dream Team / Promoter Opportunity
  • Week 4 – Smartship

You will also want to post CTA’s for any flash sale, new flavor launch, or promoter sneak peek. You can post a CTA every single day if you want to – but once a week minimum.

You can post your CTA’s in the main feed on your personal page, in your keto group, in your stories, or your fb group’s stories.

Let’s start with some bad examples first! As you scroll through I want you to ask yourself – what would make me stop my scroll? And what would make me pull my wallet out?

10 Day Ketone Challenge CTA Post Examples

Not great option – just posting your link and hoping someone is curious enough to click.

Here is a good example for you to copy. You can use a collage app on your phone to post your own before and after pics (or use any of the approved before and after pics in our team page).

Promoter Opportunity CTA Post Examples

HOW TO RESPOND

Whenever someone comments on your CTA for just about anything you always want to like their comment and then reply with ‘I’m sending you a message!’ because that stirs up curiosity and it increases the engagement on your post – which just means that FB says ooh this post is interesting and people like it and so it shows up in more people’s feeds. You want HIGH ENGAGEMENT so your posts are seen by more people. #hack
