holisti.fit.wellness I normally like to massage my kale and let it marinate with olive oil but today was full of kids and animals and laundry and finishing my backyard went longer than normal and there was my kale – sitting right on the counter in the plastic bag at dinner time 🤦🏽♀️ .
In a last ditch effort I tossed about 4 big handfuls into a sauté pan with 2 tbsp Kerry good butter, a dash of olive oil and a tablespoon of minced garlic. I topped with a generous amount of pink Himalayan sea salt and fresh cracked pepper, then sautéed it over medium for about 10 minutes and OHMIGOSH this might be my new favorite way to eat it! The edges got burnt and crispy and the simple spices brought out the best flavor.
