ONE- Skip the edamame. It’s one of the few green veggies (I think it’s a legume technically) that is high carb. Boo! Usually, sticking to green is a safe bet but not here. Skip.

TWO – Pick your favorite tuna roll that does not have the words tempura or fried anywhere in the description. If you need to ask – go ahead! You are paying so you are in charge (and sushi ain’t cheap!) Once you’ve found a roll that works order it wrapped in cucumber instead of rice. Done.
