I have always had a major sweet tooth so I keep keto desserts around at all times! These keto low carb blondies were a HIT so I’m sharing them here with you!
What you Need:
2 cups of almond flour ( I use this or this )
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup zero carb sweetener (my favorite )
2 teaspoons sugar free pancake syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips (the best ones! )
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl. combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
In another large bowl, use a mixer to cream the butter, sweetener, and syrup until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Beat the butter mixture until fluffy. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Transfer the dough to the baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven ad let cool completely before slicing.
Makes 9 servings. Cal per serving 290/ Protein 5g/ Carbs 6g / Fat 25g / Fiber 4g
