
holisti.fit.wellness Absolutely crushed an unplanned low carb quesadilla creation tonight. New recipe coming soon once I play around with measurements because I have no clue how much of anything I added here 🙂

Low Carb Beef Fajita Quesadillas . + 1ish lb ground beef, browned and cooked with garlic and some yellow bell peppers
+ Drain then add some H2O (maybe 1/4 cup?) along with a can of diced green chilies, onion powder, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, chili powder, cumin (lots!), ground black pepper, pink salt, oregano, cayenne.
+ Stir and cook out the water . + Coat 2 low carb wraps (both sides) in butter… I melt 1 tbsp in pan EACH. Then brown both sides of both tortillas
+ With 1 in pan, sprinkle plenty of shredded cheese of your choice, a n aggressive helping of the beef mixture, then more cheese then press down the 2nd tortilla.
+ Cook until crisp but not burned, flip. Cook until crisp. .
The end. Not hard at all, but just need to pay attention toy seasoning amounts. My style is throwing things in until it tastes right, constant iteration, so it takes me a few tries on any new recipe to spit out a true blueprint for you… and then sometimes I never get around to it because life. ❤
