Meal Prep = Leftovers. Sometimes my brain tries to trick me into thinking that I need more lists, groceries, and time than I really do. Meal prep is just leftovers. Period.

Wait, what?

It can’t be that simple 😱

Meal prepping isn’t some magical thing that bodybuilders do once they’ve been admitted into the inner circle.

It is simply making a few extra servings and putting them into containers.

🙋‍♂️ For busy people, meal prepping is a life- and time-saver.

Here’s how simple it is:

1. Cook food.
2. Put food into container.
3. Grab container of food, heat and eat.
4. Repeat.

OMG it can’t be that simple – it is.

3 simple tips to start:

✅ Casserole-style dishes are easiest because they usually make 6-8 servings

✅ You can double Soup and Chili recipes to make leftovers that take no extra time
❌ Fish and broccoli don’t reheat well
