Power Hour Guide

by Heather Hooker

This is our team wide power hour checklist of income producing activities – use this as a guide! I highly recommend that you watch (& take action with) this Power Hour video. Melissa had NO prior network marketing experience when she locked arms with Pruvit and grew her business to Rank 8 (about $30,000/month income) with ONE YEAR of consistent daily power hours. This video is GOLD whether you are a brand new promoter or a promoter who wants to relaunch their business and whether your Pruvit goals are small or massive.

Do you ever have those days where you feel like you are running around in circles but you aren’t getting anything done? I HATE THAT FEELING!! There are quite a few productivity hacks in my arsenal that I have learned over the past 6 years. . These tips have helped me in a few key areas that are important to me – but the BEST part is that they free up time for me to live my best life!! Slaying your wellness routine AND/OR your business is not the same thing as living your best life ever! The hacks I’m going to share with you are tips that have helped me create more balance in my life 🙏🏼 . I’ve used these hacks to build a million dollar wellness empire without ever being a slave to it. But don’t take my word for it, try them for yourself! ☺️ . TIP NUMBER ONE: SET THE TIMER. . It’s right there on your phone!! Break down any big goals you have into small chunks of time. You cant do it all – but you can make the most of the time that you do have. Work smarter, not harder has been my mantra forever and this helps me do that. . Say you have one hour. Choose 6 tasks that will help move you closer to your goal. Set your timer for ten minutes each time and FOCUS. Ten minutes of focused activity is worth an an hour of dilly dally! 🤣 . If you are on my team we have made this even easier for you with a power hour checklist! Just. Follow. It! . But for example if your goal is weight loss you can use this system to stay on track as well. This is how I’m using it today for my own wellness. . 10 MIN: create my meal plan for the week & pull any recipes I’m going to be using. Write out my grocery list based on what I have vs what I need that is on my plan for the week. 10 MIN: order my groceries 20 MIN: (later) pickup groceries – delivery is even better if you have that option and frees up this time for focused effort towards a different goal 10 MIN: fruit and veg prep – wash, chop and put in airtight containers. 10 MIN: workout . One hour total and I’m locked and loaded to see that scale turn around!! Haha! Dang quarantine. 🙈 . But seriously. I know it seems simple. One hour a day with a GOAL list and a timer – it will change your life! 💓
