The BEST Keto Salad – Bacon, Kale & Parmesan Cheese

BACON KALE SALAD 🥗😍 if you had to choose would you pick KALE Or SPINACH? 🍃🍃🍃

You wanna know how to make vegetables taste amazing?! Throw some fat on them!! Haha! Never again will I eat bland, steamed low fat low cal GARBAGE vegetables – never!

The secret to making vegetables taste delicious = #addfat

For this simple lunch I cooked three slices of bacon in a skillet over medium, then removed to a plate to cool and chop.

Tossed about 4 giant handfuls of shredded kale into the pan because it shrinks a ton when you cook it. Seasoned with Himalayan pink salt, fresh ground pepper and garlic (I put those three things on/in everything!) I like to saut̩ my kale until the edges are burnt and crispy, about ten minutes over medium. (My stove is gas so it gets really hot, really fast Рit might take a little longer or more heat if you have an electric stove.)

Chopped up the bacon and placed it on top of the cooked kale & then sprinkled a tiny bit of Parmesan cheese on top.
