1️⃣ Set positive intentions for your fast. In my experience your attitude will largely determine how your fast goes! I choose to look at this two days as a time to slow down, catch up on rest, reading, coloring, etc and know that I’m giving myself a gift by letting my digestion take a little break!
2️⃣ Recognize that some of the benefits of the fast can be seen right away: inches lost, better sleep, glowing skin but there are others that are happening even when you can’t see them! Extended fasting is one of best ways to kickstart an internal process called autophagy which acts sort of like a little janitor cleaning out damaged cells inside your body. It’s great for anti-aging & muscle preservation, too!
3️⃣ BURN MORE FAT!! Your body has to burn through all of the glucose in your body before it can start burning stored fat but fasting is a FAST (get it ha!) way to burn through the glucose quickly and tap into those areas that are hard to get to with diet and exercise.
4️⃣ The results in your body composition will be seen for up to a week afterwards!
5️⃣ Take before photos and measurements to track your physical progress during the reboot. This is a better way to track your progress than scale alone – trust me!

7️⃣ Drink more water. Then drink some more. Tired? Water. Hungry? Water. Carry it around with you. H•Y•D•R•A•T•I•O•N – you aren’t hungry you are dehydrated! During fasting one of the things I really focus on is my water intake – it makes a big difference in my hunger, my energy and I know that I’m going to see the difference in my skin 🖤 PRO TIP: Set a ‘chug water 💦’ alarm on your phone to go off every hour to keep you hydrated through the day!
8️⃣ Remember that you can do anything for two days! You are STRONG. You are CAPABLE. You are not a QUITTER & you are going to be so proud of yourself when you finish!
Frequently Asked Questions about the 60 Hour Keto Reboot + 2 different Reboot Schedules for you to choose from!
Q. Do I have to start this on a Sunday night?
A: No you can start your keto reboot any night of the week that works for you.
Q. Will I have to use the bathroom?
A: That depends! Some people do need to take frequent bathroom breaks and others don’t go at all during the reboot. Your body will flush whatever needs to be flushed out during your reboot and that is different for everyone.
Q: What else can I have during my reboot?
A: The GOAL is to stick to what is inside the box for the duration of your reboot, so more water! (Ha) Some people find a cup of black coffee helpful and others find that chewing sugar free gum helps. And I think that if it comes down to either QUITTING in the middle of your reboot or having a high fat low carb snack (like a string cheese or a handful of nuts) – have the snack and congratulate yourself on 60 hours carb, sugar and gluten free!
Q. Is it normal to get a headache during the reboot?
A: Headaches can be caused by dehydration, caffeine or sugar withdrawal so YES it is pretty common to experience them whenever you make a healthy lifestyle change. Taking electrolytes or an otc headache medication and drink more water! You’ve got this!
Q: What does the schedule look like for the 60 hour keto reboot?
A: Here is the schedule that comes inside your kit – this is for anyone wanting to use the keto reboot kit as designed. Pretty simple and straightforward!
Q: Do I have to follow the traditional 60 hour reboot schedule?
A: No – in fact I think the 60 Hour Reboot Kit makes a fabulous ‘trial package’ for people who are new to keto, new to ketosis, or just new to pruvit products. I’m going to share an alternate schedule below for someone who needs a jumpstart but isn’t ready to commit to an extended fast. Here is an alternative schedule if you would rather use the reboot KIT as a 9 day trial pack.
